This Is Downright Ridiculous!
The government offering a $40 voucher to help soften the blow for the price of having to purchase a Digital tuner after 2009 is not how I want to spend my hard earned tax dollars!
Why do I care? I don’t. I don’t care if consumers want a “relief” to have television after the date set by the government that all televisions capable of picking up a signal will have to be digital or your out!
Your out! That’s it. I don’t want to pay for you to get HELP so you can watch your American Idol or Survivor!
If you can’t afford to buy cable, satellite or an antenna then read a book, or better yet get a job then you’ll find out you won’t have to miss watching television.
